Scrabble Word Finder
Enter your rack (use ? for blanks) and get every word you can play, ranked by points. Switch between Scrabble and Words With Friends tile values.
About the scrabble word finder
A Scrabble word finder turns your rack of letters into a ranked list of playable words, with each word's point value shown so you can spot the highest-scoring play. Blanks are supported with the ? character and count as zero points, just like real tiles.
Toggle between standard Scrabble and Words With Friends letter values, and filter by a starting or contained letter to fit the board. It searches a 200,000-word dictionary in your browser — note it's a general English dictionary, not an official tournament word list.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find the highest-scoring word?
Enter your tiles and the results are sorted by point value, highest first, using the scoring table you select. The top word is your best raw play (before board bonuses).
How do blank tiles work?
Type a ? for each blank. It can become any letter to complete a word, and scores zero points — exactly like a blank tile in the game.
Is this the official Scrabble dictionary?
No — it uses a large general English dictionary, so most valid words appear, but it isn't an official TWL or SOWPODS tournament list. It isn't affiliated with Scrabble or Words With Friends.
