Frequently asked questions
What counts as an anagram?
A true anagram uses exactly the same letters as your input, rearranged into a different valid word — like "listen" and "silent". Full-anagram mode shows only these.
Can it find shorter words too?
Yes — switch to "include shorter" mode and it lists every valid word that can be made from some of your letters, grouped by length.
How many letters can I enter?
Up to 15. Longer inputs simply take a fraction of a second more to search.
